Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing Leanna@LeannaWeberArt.com. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to appear in your account.
If your art is damaged during shipping
1. Contact Leanna Weber Art right away with photos of the damage so an insurance claim can we filed.
2. You may choose a new piece (of equal or lesser value) or we can issue a refund to your method of payment (less shipping charges).
3. Original packaging and artwork must be kept intact until the claim is processed. Discarding of this material will cause a denial of your claim. Leanna will give further instructions depending on the severity of the damage.
If there is an issue of any kind with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of the delivery notification. Failure to do so will result in us not being able to replace or refund your order.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase
We hope that you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 5 business days of receiving your order. (see Exceptions below).
Contact Leanna Weber Art within 3 business days of receiving your order to request a return.
Carefully repackage the artwork in its original packaging and return it in the same condition in which it arrived. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Once we receive and inspect the artwork, we will issue a refund (minus the original shipping charges) within 14 business days, or if you prefer, you may exchange it for another piece of equal or lesser value.
To complete any return, Leanna Weber Art requires a receipt or other proof of purchase.
*Exceptions
Sale items, custom orders, pre-orders, and commissions are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All such sales are final.
Color Disclaimer
Colors may appear differently on different browsers, computers, tablets, phones, and other electronic devices. Therefore, colors may not be accurate, and textures may not be properly visualized as customer color accuracy is out of our control. Leanna Weber Art cannot guarantee that the product colors you see displayed on your device is a true and accurate reflection of what you will receive.
